Shipping Practices |
||
| Orders over $250.00 in the continental US will qualify for free UPS ground freight. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free freight. When placing an order under $250, the system will calculate and display the UPS charge for delivery. Our system is only interfaced with UPS rate and the system will not calculate Airmail postage charges. If you request Airmail shipping we will e-mail the actual cost of the freight. We only charge what the Post Office charges us to ship the package. There are no handling charges. Orders may be placed either through the Ecogrow website, by email (info@ecogrow.com), phone (1-800-426-6937), fax (206-363-9983) or mail order. We believe in same day shipping. All attempts are made to ship orders the same day they are received. Otherwise, they will be shipped the following business day often dependent on the time the order was placed. UPS and the US Post Office are our primary shipping methods (alternatives available) and packages are shipped Monday thru Friday. COD orders are accepted over the phone and include an additional fee of $9.00 per box. Special shipping arrangements may be made by phone at 1-800-426-6937. |
